Guardian Allies Collective is a private practice dedicated to comprehensive diagnostic and psychoeducational evaluations for children and adolescents from Pre-K through 12th grade. Led by Dr. Paula M. Lewis, a licensed school psychologist with over 28 years of experience, we help families understand their child's unique cognitive, academic, and behavioral profile.
Every child learns differently. Through evidence-based assessment and compassionate expertise, we provide the clarity families need to make informed decisions — whether for school accommodations, diagnostic understanding, or personalized intervention planning. Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation

An in-depth evaluation for broader developmental, behavioral, attentional, emotional, adaptive, learning, or complex diagnostic concerns — including Autism, ADHD, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and possible co-occurring conditions.

The $3,000 fee is flat — it will not increase solely because a case is clinically complex.
New telehealth counseling and support services for children and adolescents. All counseling services are delivered remotely through secure telehealth — in-person counseling is not offered at this time.

Skill-building and peer-supported counseling in small, developmentally matched groups. Designed to address school adjustment, social functioning, emotional regulation, and coping in an educational context.

16-Week Telehealth Child & Adolescent Anxiety Support Program

A structured telehealth program that includes the initial counseling intake and service-planning session plus sixteen 60-minute virtual counseling and skill-building sessions. Two parent-focused telehealth sessions are incorporated within the 16-session model.

Flat program fee. Designed for children and adolescents with anxiety concerns affecting learning, emotional regulation, and school functioning.
Telehealth counseling and group services begin only after the applicable intake or screening confirms the service is appropriate, can be delivered effectively by telehealth, and falls within the provider's professional scope.
These telehealth services are educationally related and are not emergency, crisis-response, or inpatient behavioral health services. Families requiring in-person care or a different level of service will be referred appropriately.

Direct Pay
Direct payments are processed securely through our Simple Practice intake platform, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. PayPal is also accepted and billed separately. Payment schedules and cancellation terms are outlined in your evaluation agreement.
